STPS has in-house design capabilities to cater to the needs of the client. It has a fully-fledged design center in Dubai, UAE. The design is based on a load balancing method and sufficient serviceability control in stress and long-term deflection is attained. The slabs are designed as ‘partially pre-stressed’ structure where a combination of pre-stressed and normal steel reinforcement has been utilized to satisfy both SLS and ULS requirements.
